There was a great turnout for the February 2, 2005 Marinwood Plaza redevelopment community meeting!
An innovative approach is being employed to plan the redevelopment of the Marinwood Plaza. The property owner, Hoytt Enterprises, Inc. is joining a collaborative effort with the Marinwood CSD, the Marinwood Association, the Marin County Community Development Agency, Bridge Housing Corporation, a non-profit affordable housing developer, and the Community. The consultants, Design, Community & Environment will be facilitating the process which will include a series of workshops to create the vision.
